Planetary Physics

 

Research in planetary physics includes the areas of astronomy and astrophysics, atmospheric science, earth science, planetary science, geomatics engineering, and space engineering.

 

Mike Daly  - Most recently Mike is involved in overseeing the Canadian instrument development for the Origins Spectral Interpretation Resource Identification Security Regolith Explorer (OSIRIS-REx), which would collect samples from a primitive asteroid and return them to Earth.

John Moores -  Interests lie in the planetary sciences, particularly planetary atmospheres and interactions with the surface. 
Jim Whiteway - Specializing in experimental atmospheric physics.  Interests include cloud physics; climate; ozone; Martian atmosphere.
